내 계좌에 돈이 있는지 모르겠어요! 내가 아는 건 그날 저녁에 거의 5,000유로를 입금했는데 계속 졌고 신경도 안 쓰고 오류 메시지가 떴다가 다시 로그인하고 싶었는데 II가 차단되었다는 메시지를 받았고 나는 즉시 고객센터에 연락했지만 지금까지 답변을 받은 적이 없습니다. 나는 입금한 금액/금액 또는 지불한 금액이 포함된 이메일을 받은 적이 없습니다. 안타깝게도 내 은행 계좌만이 유일한 증거입니다. 내 요점은: 비록 내가 졌고 그들이 나를 아무 이유 없이 차단하고 무시하더라도! 그들도 이유 없이, 돈을 돌려받을 기회도 없이 나를 버리고 있기 때문에 나에게도 돈을 돌려받을 권리가 있다고 생각합니다. 그냥 화가 나서 받아들일 수가 없어요.
I don't know if I have money in my account! ik weet niet of ik geld heb op me account! Ik weet alleen dat ik die avond bijna 5000 euro totaal heb gestort en ik bleef verliezen en dat vond ik niet eens erg en dat er foutmelding was en dan wou ik opnieuw inloggen kreeg ik melding dat ii geblokkeerd was en ben meteen klantenservice gaan benaderen maar tot heden heb ik nooit antwoord gehad. Ik heb ook nooit een mail gehad met wat ik storte/bedrag of mail met wat ik uitbetaalde alleen me bank rekening is me enig bewijs helaas. Mijn punt is: ook al heb ik verloren en hun blokkeren me zonder reden en negeren mij! Vind ik dat ik recht heb op me geld terug te ontvangen want zij geven mij zonder reden ook de steek en zonder kans om geld terug te winnen. Ben gewoon boos en kan het niet accepteren.
