저도 피스톨로에서 비슷한 문제를 겪었습니다. 1200유로, 500유로, 500유로, 200유로씩 출금을 요청했는데 한 달이 지났습니다. 당연히 신분 확인을 하려고 했는데 신분 확인이 필요 없다고 하더군요. 채팅으로 문의했더니 바쁘다고만 했습니다. 모든 사람에게 똑같은 말을 하더군요. 채팅 기록과 답변을 스크린샷으로 저장해 뒀다가 카지노구루에 제출했더니 도움을 받았습니다.
그리고 제가 마지막으로 피스톨로에 연락했을 때, 안전 지수를 떨어뜨리기 위해 여기에 신고하겠다고 말했고, 결국 한 달쯤 후에 (제 기억이 맞다면) 그들은 저를 포기했습니다.

I also had a problem with Pistolo. I had requested a withdrawal of 1200 euros, 500, 500, and 200, and a month had passed. Και εγώ πρόβλημα με την pistolo είχα ζητήσει ανάληψη 1200 ευρώ 500,500,και 200 και ειχε περάσει ένας μήνας βέβαια πήγαινα να κανω την ταυτοποίηση και μου έλεγε οτι δεν χρειάζεται ταυτοποίηση μιλάω στο τσατ με αυτούς και μου λέγανε οτι εχει φόρτο εργασίας τα ίδια λένε σε όλους κρατούσα σε screenshot της συνομιλίες που έκανα μαζί τους όλες και τι μου λέγανε και τα έδωσα εδω στο casinoguru και με βοήθησαν.
Και τελευταία φορά που επικοινώνησα με την pistolo τους είχα πει οτι θα το αναφέρω εδώ για να πέσει ο δείκτης ασφαλείας και τελικά μετα απο ενα μήνα αν θυμάμαι καλά μου τα βάλανε.
