The money arrived today! So right on schedule. On weekends, the financial department does not process withdrawals, so starting Monday they had 1-3 days to process the withdrawal. They did it in two days so I'm satisfied. However, many people have complained about the Casino's operation, so I won't dare to play there in the future. May I ask if you cannot load the site of the casino or if you cannot log into your account? Try to check your spam folder as well, as sometimes the emails from the casino could end up there.

I had the same problem with withdrawals.. they took about ten days to put them in.. but they put them in.. just from chat and mail you don't get a clue

They didn't ask for anything.. no ID no cards no nothing.. I also registered on casinoin .. there they didn't ask for identification either and I made a withdrawal and they put it in seconds
