I have never seen anything like this in my life, I deposited for a €50 bonus with a 5x wager and what can you believe, you play with real money, but it is not credited to your balance, which means that you have to lose €250 to unlock the €50. I have never seen a bigger scam since I was a player. This is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do much if the issue is regarding bonuses this casino offers, you know. Only they can decide whether and what kind of bonus they would give to their players. Especially if it is a no-deposit bonus. You have to think about it as bonus = gift.

We believe, though, that they surely should stay behind the terms and stick to those if they published them on their website. Don't get me wrong.

I had the same issue as the other players, contacted Support regarding this. It has been 3 weeks, no answer. I have played with real money, but no winnings were credited. Further, you CANT deactivate any active bonuses on your account. So you are forced to wager it, even if you don't want to. As I wanted to withdraw, the verification was simple and fast, but my withdrawal took 4+ weeks to be credited to my bank account. This is unacceptable.

That doesn't sound like a good experience at all to me. To wait for that long must be exhausting.
