This casino still sends spam and there is no way to get off their mailing list. I have asked several times for the account to be permanently closed. They send emails with a 5e bonus or 20 free spins. When I try to log in, it says "your account is being reviewed" but they don't close the account permanently but continue to spam. If you somehow get yourself removed from the list, the people at that casino will add you back to the list. There should be a law at the EU level for these junk casinos now.

Also, when it comes to the account closure, most of the casinos only stop sending all the promotions whenever the reason for closing the account is gambling addiction, you know. It is because they always want to lure the customers back otherwise. 🤷‍♀️

These junk casinos don't actually close your account, when you try to log in after they say your account has been closed, you get the text "your account is being reviewed" and the email spamming continues.

I have now started directing messages from those spam casinos directly to the spam folder.

It's easier to get there if you don't go to casinos that have that Grap bonus, they all annoy you with their spam.

Hi, casino scam. I must have lost about €6,000 in 5 months. When I tried to withdraw, after a while, the money was back in the account ready to be played. Muy buenas, casino trampa, yo debo de haber perdido unos 6.000€ en 5 meses. Cuando intentaba retirar, a la que pasaba un rato el dinero volvía a estar en la cuenta nuevamente para ser jugado. Referente al juego, he tenido las peores rachas de la historia. En black Jack tengo registrada y documentada una racha en la cual de 200 manos la casa gana 173 veces y yo únicamente 27. En Ruleta, jugando más del 50% del paño en casa bola, he estado más de 15.bolas sin pillar nada. Total, que este tipo de rachas son bastante normales en esta web, así que yo me pensaría 2 veces antes de probar...

Son un casino falso, sin licencia y con algo muy turbio detrás.

Yo quiero reclamarles 1.000€ por todo lo ocasionado pero necesito saber cómo puedo hacerlo. Porque a los correos no le contestan.

I would start with the bonuses. Certainly the casino should not send them to you if they tell you they are not for you. That's something that would definitely piss me off as well. 

As for the money you have there, have you tried to withdraw it or not? The casino didn't need any documents from you? Did you upload the money you have there or just deposit it?

Tengo las conversaciones guardadas, etc. El tema es, que cuando envío correos para reclamar no me contestan y en el chat lo único que me dicen es que ellos no tienen potestad para reclamaciones etc.. que tengo que enviar correos. No sé, es un asunto muy desagradable, no aconsejo para nada que nadie pruebe este casino. Es muy bonito, con gran oferta y promociones, pero muy corrupto y poco transparente. 0 fiabilidad.

The promotions were sent to me via WhatsApp by someone claiming to be my VIP manager. When I later complained about them via chat, they told me I didn't meet the requirements or that I had to complain to my VIP manager. I tried to contact her, but there was no way. (She didn't respond to emails or WhatsApp messages.)

Regarding the money I couldn't withdraw, it was money I had won. Keep in mind that I've made many deposits over this time. At first, I had no problems. I was able to withdraw just fine. In the end, I did have a lot of issues, and when I tried to withdraw, the withdrawal was canceled without any explanation. When I asked in the chat, they told me it was a mistake on my bank's part, then that it was a cookie issue. Las promociones, me las enviaba por watsap una persona que decía ser mi gestora VIP. Cuando luego la reclamaba mediante el chat, me decían que no cumplía los requisitos o qué eso tenía que reclamarlo a mi gestora VIP. La cual intentaba contactar con ella y no había forma. ( No respondía a los correos ni a los watsaps)

Referente al dinero que no podía retirar, era dinero que había ganado. Ten en cuenta que he realizado muchos depósitos en este tiempo.. al principio, no tuve problema. Pude retirar perfectamente. Al final, si que tuve muchos inconvenientes y cuando intentaba retirar, el retiro era cancelado sin ninguna explicación. Cuando preguntaba en el chat me decían que era un error de mi banco, luego que era un tema de cookies. Luego que era un error puntual, y así sucesivamente....hasta que iban pasando los días y terminaba jugando y perdiendo el importe por la impotencia.

En mi caso, tengo todas las pruebas necesarias para iniciar una reclamación. Capturas de pantalla de conversaciones por chat, watsaps,.correos, etc...

Solo necesito saber si es viable reclamar.

También, quiero que sirva de experiencia para futuros jugadores.

Nada, ya se que no podré reclamar, es un problema mío por haber caído en la trampa. Pero si que quiero que otros jugadores, lo tengan en cuenta antes de jugar en Tiki Taka. Seguramente mi experiencia negativa pueda servirles para no querer repetir la misma experiencia.
