Guys, I'm very worried and since May 4th I've been trying to get my money back on Winnita but they always make up excuses, they have to give me 6200 euros, the last one was that after making me wait 14 days and after thousands of checks they wrote to me that they couldn't process the payment due to a technical problem and that I had to cancel the withdrawal, choose another payment method and wait another 14 days, bearing in mind that with this payment they had already paid me 2 cents.

Ragazzi sono molto preoccupato e dal 4 maggio che cerco di avere i miei soldi su winnita ma inventano sempre scuse, devono darmi 6200 euro ,l ultima è stata che dopo avermi fatto aspettare i 14 giorni e dopp le migliaia di verifiche mi hanno scritto che nn potevano processare il pagamento per un problema tecnico e che dovevo cancellare il prelievo , scegliere in altro medoto di pagamento e aspettare altri 14 giorni fermo restando che con questo pagamento mi avevano gia pagatp 2 spiccioli.

The first time they paid me, as soon as I asked for the largest amount, they divided the amount into 450 euro installments and paid only 900. I gambled away the remaining amount and won 6,200 euros, and that was the end of it. I never received any more money.

La prima volta mi hanno pagato appena ho chiesto la cifra piu grande hanno diviso la cimcota in tranche di 450 euro e ne hanno pagato solo 900. La cifra che era rimasta l ho giocata e ho vinto 6200 euro e da li la fine. Non ho ricevuto piu nessun soldo.

Hello, so I understand correctly that the casino didn't tell you what exactly they want to check? They didn't ask for any documents? I'm wondering if it could be a gameplay check, but we would have to know that from them. 

In any case, if you've been waiting two weeks for your money and they've only just told you that they want to do a further check, I wouldn't consider that very user friendly. They could have done that earlier.
