So if you get a rejection on a document, they won't tell you what the reason is? Does it contain everything a bank statement needs to have, if they mention it somewhere? 

At the first refusal, the operator told me that the card number was not visible on the bank statement and that was fine, I accept it, but since they had no way to show all my data plus the card number on the same page, the operator told me that I could send two photos but those were rejected too.

I also sent the PDF by email but no one responds.

Ho anche mandato il pdf per e-mail ma nennuso risponde.

Se li contatti cambiano continuamente versione, prima cii sono i documenti da verificare ma sono già verificati. Per ultimo hanno detto che devo fornire la ricevuta del mio pagamento ma sono io che devo essere pagato e non loro.

Certo che sporgerò denuncia. Oltre alla truffa ora si configura anche il mobbing ricevendo quasi 100 mail al giorno da parte di wiinita per la verifica documenti. Anche dopo essermi cancellato dalle loro newsletter le mail continuano ad arrivare.

I documenti sono verificati come risulta dal mio profilo.
