Leider kann der Live Chat sowie die Email zu dem Support keine Auskunft geben und verweist immer auf die zuständige Finanzabteilung die man aber leider nicht erreichen kann. Es ist sehr frustrierend so hingehalten zu werden. Ich finde es traurig das so mit Kunden umgegangen wird die viel Geld dort einzahlen.
