I was playing throughout 2020 and made several withdrawals. The problem was when I won 15,640.20 they made me verify the account again and they were giving me the runaround. After I sent all the documents, they told me that they were making a manual adjustment to cancel the bet and they unilaterally closed my account, claiming identity theft, which is not true. I have been calling the casino for almost 4 years and they do not want to give me information. Basically, they tell me that it is in the legal department. I am disappointed since they deny me money that is mine, which of course, as it is a juicy prize, they invented Kafkaesque excuses not to pay, and now they do not even give me information about it. I received an email that told me that they approved my withdrawal and I ask them about it and they do not want to give me information.

estuve jugando durante todo el 2020 y realize varios cobros el problema fue cuando gane 15640,20 me hicieron verificr la cuenta de nuevo i me iban dando largas,luego de que mande todos los documentos me dicen que hacen un ajuste manual de anulacion de puest y me cierran unilateralmente la cuenta,aduciendo suplantacion de identidd cosa que no es cierta,llevo casi 4 an̈os llamando al casino y no me quieren dar informacion basicamente me dicen que esta en el departamento juridico,estoy decepcionado puesto que me niegan un dinero que es mio,lo que claro como ez un premio jugoso se inventaron escusas kafquianas para no pagar,y ahora directamente ni si quiera me dan informacion acerca de ello recibi un mail que me decia que aprobaban mi retirada y les pregunto sobre ello y no me quieren dar informacion
