업데이트 --- 실제로 75달러를 출금받았습니다. 신분증을 업로드한 후 약 6일이 걸렸는데, 제가 너무 성급하게 불만을 제기했던 것 같습니다. 첫 출금이 최대 2주까지 걸릴 수 있다는 사실을 몰랐습니다. 그 점을 감안하면 첫 출금이 6일밖에 안 걸린 건 꽤 빠른 것 같습니다. 다음 출금은 좀 더 빨리 처리되기를 바랍니다! 제 험담은 무시하세요! 이 업체들은 합법적이고 결제는 확실히 처리합니다.
내 상금을 지불하지 않을 것입니다
무입금 보너스를 사용해서 최대 출금 금액인 75달러를 당첨했습니다. 40배 베팅을 완료했습니다. 출금하려고 하니까 "최소 20유로 입금 및 3배 플레이"라는 확인 입금을 해야 한다는 말을 들었습니다. 라이브 채팅에서 이것이 무입금 당첨금 출금의 마지막 조건인지 세 번이나 물었습니다. "네, 20유로를 플레이하면 돈을 출금할 수 있습니다."라는 답변을 반복해서 들었습니다. 20유로를 플레이하고 출금 요청을 했지만 즉시 거부당했습니다. 라이브 채팅에 문의했더니 신분증을 제출해야 한다고 했습니다... 필요하지 않다고 했는데도 말입니다.
즉시 요청을 수락하고 요청된 서류를 제출했습니다. 서류가 승인되었으며 "재무팀에서 승인하면" 출금이 처리될 것이라고 들었습니다. 9월 10일이었는데, 아직 출금이 진행 중입니다.
라이브 채팅에서 "얼마 안 걸릴 거예요"라고 하더군요. 예상 소요 시간을 물었더니 "재무팀에서 결정한다"는 말 외에는 아무런 답변도 해주지 않았습니다. 자금은 받을 거라고 계속 말했지만 아직 아무것도 받지 못했습니다.

제 인출이 아직 진행 중이라 거짓말이었어요. 그들은 돈을 받으려면 온갖 거짓말을 다 하지만, 일단 돈을 받으면 돈을 지불하지 않고, 최신 정보를 알려주지도 않고, 추가 서류도 요청하지 않아요. 왜 여기에 '즉시' 또는 '몇 분 안에' 돈을 지급한다는 후기가 있는지 모르겠네요. 그건 거짓말이에요. 언제 돈을 지급할지조차 모르면서 "재무팀에서 하는 일"이라고만 해요. 재무팀과 통화하고 싶다고 하면 불가능하다고 하더군요.
사기 카지노라니. Dama NV가 평판이 좋다는 건 말도 안 되는 소리네요. 출금되면 기꺼이 이 리뷰를 업데이트하겠지만, 지금으로선 여기도 또 다른 사기 카지노일 뿐인 것 같습니다. 제가 몇 번이나 겪었던 너무나 익숙한 사기 수법인데, 뻔히 알려진 사기 카지노들과 똑같은 방식으로 진행되고 있습니다.
이 사람들한테서 인출될 때까지 숨죽이고 기다리지 마세요. 걔네들은 사람들이 지루한 인출 절차를 포기하고 그냥 묻지 않기를 바라는 거예요. 그들이 직접 거절하거나 승인할 때까지는 멈추지 않을 거예요.
UPDATED --- I did in fact receive my $75 cashout. It took about 6 days after uploading identity documents and I guess I was a bit hasty with my complaint. I didn't know that first withdrawal can supposedly take up to 2 weeks - So keeping that in mind, only 6 days for first withdrawal seems pretty fast. Just hoping the next ones are a bit faster! Disregard my bitchy review! These guys are legit and DO PAY.
WILL NOT PAY ME MY WINNINGS
I used a no deposit bonus and won $75, the max cashout stated in the terms. Completed the 40x wagering. When trying to withdraw my funds, I was told I needed to make some sort of confirmation deposit of "At least 20EUR and playthrough 3x". I asked 3 times in the live chat whether this would be the last requirement to withdraw the no deposit winnings - I was told repeatedly "Yes, once you've played through 20EUR you will be able to withdraw your money". I played through the 20EUR, made a withdrawal request which was promptly declined. When I asked live chat, they said I need to upload ID verification documents... Despite being told this wasn't going to be required.
I complied immediately, sent the requested documents. I was told they have been approved and my withdrawal will be processed "once the finance team approves it". That was September 10th and my withdrawal is still pending.
Live chat informed me 'it wont take long'. I asked the expected timeframe and they can't give you anything other than "it's up to the finance team". They repeatedly tell me I will receive my funds but I'm yet to see anything.
I informed the live chat rep before depositing that this 20EUR deposit was the last of my funds and I can not afford to be messed around with additional steps and time to wait for the money, and I would only proceed with the deposit if they could confirm and guarantee a withdrawal and that was the last step required. They said 'Yes, once you've played through 20EUR your withdrawal will be approved'.
This was a lie, as my withdrawal is still pending. They will lie about anything they can to get you to hand over money - but once they've got your money, they just avoid paying you, they don't keep you up to date, haven't requested any additional documents. Not sure why there are reviews here saying they pay out 'immediately' or 'within minutes'. That is a lie. They don't even know when they will pay you - They just say 'its the finance teams job'. If you ask to speak to the finance team, they say that is not possible.
Scam casino. So much for Dama N.V being reputable. Will happily update this review if I ever receive my withdrawal but at this point I believe this is just another scam casino. All too familiar scam process that I've dealt with a good handful of times now, it's playing out exactly the same as all the obvious known scam casinos.
Don't hold your breath waiting for a withdrawal from these guys. They're hoping people will give up on their tedious withdrawal process and just stop asking. I'm not going to stop until they either directly decline or approve.
