Ich bin neu seit einer Woche auf BC.Game und ich habe schon einiges umsetzen können und find das casino eigentlich noch recht interessant aber jetzt ist es so das ich gestern Abend bei dem Spiel Crash ca 650Dollar eingesetzt habe wo dan ein "Popup" links untem kamm "Site Running out" nach kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support wird die ganze Schuld mir zugeschoben zuerst auf aussagen das es bei gamling halt auch lose gibt etc dannach das mein internet schuld sei und ich chache etc löschen soll, nur die bitte das sie in der Spielhistory schauen sollen was da war und mir doch irgendwie entgegenkommen weil auf diese art hab ich 0 reiz hier noch zu spielen, klar kacke wegen dem geld aber ich kenn das von andern Casinos nicht so.. normalerweisw haben die ja einsicht und können das spiel nachvollziehen und bei einem kunden der Zahlungskräftig ist und auf bc eigentlich gern bleiben will eine zumutung, bekomm all 15min einen anderen support wo mir meine frage ungenau beantwortet geschweige überhaupt nicht hilfreich ist.. jetz stell ich mir sie frage können sie da irgendwas tun?
