I deposited money into bet365 on 1/8 using my card. After accepting the OTP, I returned to the bet365 site. At that point, Google Chrome froze, and the page turned white. I refreshed the page, but the money wasn't credited to my account, even though my bank account was charged. I immediately sent a message. The next day, I called to resolve the issue. Today is 19/8, and I still haven't received my money back. Their initial response, which I have in a screenshot and email, was not to worry as the money would be returned in ten days. Of course, nothing happened, so I called again. I have sent bank statements and account movements that clearly show the deposit and the charge from my bank, all on official documents. I have also sent screenshots from ebanking showing four deposits, while bet365 only shows three. Later, they told me to contact my bank. The National Bank stated that the payment was completed and cleared properly and that the merchant should credit the money back. I have also sent the National Bank's transaction numbers. Whatever I have sent has not been accepted, and they are asking for a document that proves the transaction with the card number and IBAN, something the National Bank does not provide. Meanwhile, I have sent all this information in different documents with proof in screenshots and emails. It's not just about the 200 euros; it's the fact that they took my money and won't give it back.

Κάνω κατάθεση στην bet365 1/8 μέσω της κάρτας μου.Πατα αποδοχή στο Otp κιλά επιστρέφω στο site της bet365.Εκει το google chrome κόλλησε και η σελίδα ήταν λευκή .Κάνω ανανέωση και τα χρήματα δεν έχουν μπει,ενώ έχω ΧΡΕΩΘΕΙ στην τράπεζα μου.Στελνω αμέσως μήνυμα.Την επόμενη μέρα πήρα αμέσως τηλέφωνο για να λυθεί το ζήτημα.Λοιπον είναι 19/8 σημερα μια δεν τα έχω πάρει πίσω.Η αρχική τους απάντηση τα οποία έχω σε screenshot όλα και σε email είναι ότι μην αγχώνεστε θα επιστρέψουν τα χρήματα σε δέκα μέρες.Εννοειτe τίποτα και ξαναπερνω τηλέφωνο.Λοιπον έχω στείλε κίνηση λογαριασμού και statements που δείχνει ξεκάθαρα την κατάθεση κι την χρέωση μου από την τράπεζα.Με επίσημα χαρτιά.Εχω στείλει τα screenshot από ebanking που δείχνουν ξεκαθαρα 4 καταθέσεις και στην bet δείχνει 3.Μετα μου λέγανε επικοινωνήστε με την τράπεζα σας.Αλο την Εθνική τράπεζα μου είπαν ότι η πληρωμή έχει γίνει κανονικά και έχει εκκαθαριστεί και ότι ο έμπορος η θα πρέπει να πιστώσει τα χρήματα πίσω.Εχω στείλει επίσης και τους αριθμούς συναλλαγής της εθνική.Οτι έχω στείλει δεν το δέχονται και ζητάνε ένα χαρτί το οποίο θα είναι αποδεικτικό της συναλλαγής με τον αριθμός της κάρτας και τον αριθμό του iban,κάτι το οποίο δεν το συντασει η εθνική.Εν το μεταξύ όλα αυτά τους τα έχω στείλει σε διαφορετικά χαρτιά.Με αποδεικτικά σε screenshot και email.Και πραγματικά δεν είναι τα 200 ευρώ.Ειναι ότι μου τα φάγανε και δεν δέχονται να μου τα δώσουν πισω
