I have an account with Betano for more than 5 months, I have always made deposits and received my withdrawals, last week I was asked to verify documents to be able to make a withdrawal like this I did, they did not accept my energy bill that I sent in my name and in PDF saying that they don't accept boleto, I contacted the chat, she said that my surname was wrong in betano's registration and that she would call me on the same day they accepted my energy bill and validated my account, but they blocked my account saying that to unblock, they would call me, they send me an email every 1 hour saying that they tried to contact and without success and my cell phone does not have a missed call, my number is correct in the registration, I went to the social networks of the same and to my surprise everyone complaining about the same situation.

Tenho uma conta na Betano há mais de 5 meses, sempre fiz depósitos e recebi minhas retiradas, na semana passada me pediram para fazer verificação de documentos para conseguir realizar um saque assim eu fiz, não aceitaram minha conta de energia que enviei em meu nome e em PDF falando que não aceitam boleto, entrei em contato com o chat a mesma disse que mei sobrenome estava errado no cadastro da betano e que iria me ligar no mesmo dia aceitaram minha conta de energia e validara minha conta, porem bloquearam minha conta dizendo que para desbloquear iria me ligar, me mandam e mail de 1 em uma hora dizendo que tentaram contato e sem sucesso sendo que meu celular não tem uma cjamada perdida, meu número está correto no cadastro, fui nas redes sociais da mesma e para minha surpresa todos reclamando da mesma situação.

Could you please advise when was the first call supposed to happen? Was it a phone call or some kind of skype video call? When was the last time the casino contacted or responded to you?

Good morning, in the chat they always answer me but the answer is always the same as they will contact you by phone, who made several attempts and failed, how did they contact me if my cell phone doesn't leave my hand waiting for their contact.
