I made a deposit of 150 mxn on April 23rd, 2024, initially thinking it would just be a matter of time until it was processed. When I contacted support, they told me their payment provider was slow in processing it and advised me to wait 24 hours. Two days later, however, they informed me that my deposit had been cancelled and would be reimbursed to my account within 3 days. In response, I emailed the proof of transfer, only to keep getting put off. I asked for a status update today through customer support and they told me they're waiting on me to send the information that I already shared with them on May 1st. I really hope you can help me to figure out what's going on with my refund. I don't understand why my deposit was cancelled or why it hasn't been returned to me yet.

Realicé un depósito por la cantidad de 150 mxn el 23 de Abril de 2024, inicialmente pensé que era cuestión de tiempo, solicité soporte y me dijeron que su proveedor de pagos estaba demorando en procesarlo que esperara 24 horas, dos días después me indicaron que se había cancelado y que me lo reembolsarían a mi cuenta en 3 días, luego mande el comprobante de la transferencia por correo electrónico y solo me dan largas, ahorita solicite estatus por medio de soporte y me dicen que está pendiente que les envíe la informacion la cual ya se las compartí desde el 1 de mayo, espero que puedan apoyarme a aclarar que sucede con mi reembolso, no entiendo por que cancelaron mi depósito y menos por que no me lo han regresado.

Correcto ya no realicé mas depósitos, y ya había hecho un depósito sin problema antes de ese del 23 de abril, ya no volveré a jugar ahí en betano por que a raíz de esta situación me di cuenta que su servicio de soporte es muy amable y cortéz pero mucho muy deficiente por como llevaron la situación, me di a la tarea de analizar las cosas y sucedió que efectivamente el problema fue con su proveedor de pagos.

Cometió un error ya que antes de depositar en betano solicité en otro casino un depósito por la misma cantidad de 150 pero no realice la transferencia, después me fui a betano solicité el spei por 150 y transferí a la cuenta que me aparecía en betano pero el proveedor me proceso el spei para el otro casino.

Me pueden orientar para saber que procede en esos casos, aún no tengo respuesta de por parte de betano.

Maybe I didn't explain myself correctly, the funds were transferred to another site (playuzu) which doesn't seem correct to me because they forced me to play on a site where I didn't deposit and it didn't allow me to withdraw without first playing the amount.

The payment provider made the mistake of processing my spei to another site, I will add the evidence.

Tal vez no me expliqué correctamente, los fondos se me transfirieron a otro sitio (playuzu) lo cual no me parece correcto por que me forzaron a jugar en un sitio al cual no deposite y no me permitía retirar sin antes jugar la cantidad.

El proveedor de pagos cometió el error de procesar mi spei a otro sitio, voy a agregar las evidencias.

El día 9 de mayo por chat les indique esto mismo y me indicaron que lo estarían escalando, hoy 12 de mayo regrese para preguntar sobre el caso y me dijeron que ya está cerrado y no pueden hacer mas por que el proveedor les dijo que yo deposité en otro sitio.

Simplemente el proveedor no asumió la responsabilidad del error que cometió y betano no quiso intervenir por mi para saber que había sucedido exactamente.
