I got banned from the Oasis in January because I had/have a problem with gaming. Then I didn't play for several months until I received promotion from elite24bet. Unfortunately I relapsed and deposited over €3000 in 2 months and of course lost it. Luckily I've gotten my senses back and I'm in therapy, but with a huge mountain of debt. Ich dachte alles wäre meine Schuld, nach einem Gespräch mit meinem Anwalt zur Übersicht meiner Schulden wurde mir jedoch geraten, wenigstens das seit Januar eingezahlte Geld zurück zu verlangen, da die Seite, wie jedes Online Casino oder Casino in Deutschland dazu verpflichtet ist, sich an die OASIS Sperrbank zu halten, was in meinem Fall trotz vollständiger Verifikation nicht der Fall war. Ebenfalls ist es in Deutschland illegal über 1000€ im Monat an Einzahlungen zu zulassen, was aber ebenfalls passiert ist, was mir die OASIS aus Darmstadt auch bestätigte. Ich habe mein Problem mehrmals dem Support erklärt, jedoch wird man nicht ernst genommen. Ich versuche es nun als vorletzte Instanz hier über Casino Guru.

Hinzu kommt, dass ich den Support mehrmals darum bat mein Konto zu schließen , man jedoch überredet wurde es immer weiter zu versuchen . Spielsucht oder Spielerschutz wird hier also auch nicht ernst genommen.

Could you please advise if you did request for self exclusion directly in Elite24Bet Casino? Did you ever mention them gambling issues or addiction?

Please note that OASIS is related to sports betting and even if it would be related to casino games, OASIS is working on casinos having German gambling license. As the casino did not have one, they are not obligate to refund your deposits if you did not request for self-exclusion directly from them.

nevertheless, they offer gambling in Germany and in order to legally offer gambling in Germany, they have to comply with the new gambling contract. It clearly states that you can't deposit more than €1000 a month.

dennoch bieten sie das Glücksspiel in Deutschland an und müssen sich um Legal in Deutschland Glücksspiel anzubieten an den neuen Glücksspielvertrag halten. Dort steht eindeutig drin dass man nicht mehr als 1000€ im Monat einzahlen darf.
