es gibt unzählige Urteile in denen es zb. Um 5000 Euro geht bzw 10.000 Euro. Die haben zwar auch ein Urteil aber noch keinen Exekutionstitel bzw, wurde die Exekution halt nicht eingeleitet, weil vl die Summen niedriger waren als bei anderen Klägern oder die später geklagt haben. Is ja auch logisch, dass der pkf die höheren Summen als Mustverfahren vor dem EuGH eher als Beispiel nimmt, weil es noch immer ein Geschäft ist, wo alle mitverdienen.

It's the same for me. I've had two judgments since 2021 but no executions initiated. Both judgments are under 10,000€.

However, I would not think it was OK if the Exes now went through, say the 200-400 Exes, and the other "small" ones then only had to make more comparisons because the PFs were getting involved in such a general comparison and we would only get 50% and the PF-% off that. You know what I mean... I would think that was totally crap.

Ist bei mir auch so habe seit 2021 zwei Urteile aber keine eingeleitete Exekutionen. Beide Urteile sind unter 10.000€.

Ich fände es jedoch nicht OK wenn die Exen jetzt durchgehen sagen wir die 200-400 Exen, und die anderen „kleinen" dann nur mehr Vergleiche machen müssen weil sich die PFs auf so einen Generalvergleich einlassen und wir dadurch zb nur mehr 50% und davon noch die PF-% wegkommen. Du weißt was ich meine… fände ich total sch****.

It is stated in the PF contracts that interpreting and execution costs, etc. are included. Nothing more will be deducted then.

The PFs could push for settlements as another user here saw or advised, because if the casinos go bankrupt then the PFs won't get any money either.

Es steht ja in der PF Verträgen drinnen dass Dolmetsch-,Exekutionskosten,….. enthalten sind. Da wird doch nicht mehr abgezogen dann.

Zinsen… nächstes Thema… die wird niemand bezahlen wenn es keine Exekution gibt, da wird ja jeder PF sagen dass man froh sein soll wenigstens etwas bekommen zu haben…

Die PFs könnten zu Vergleichen drängen wie man bei einem anderen User hier gesehen hat oder geraten wurde, weil wenn sie Inso gehen die Casinos dann haben die PFs auch kein Geld bekommen.

Aber ja sind alles Annahmen…

Where does it say in the proceedings in Malta that the opposing party pays for it? I couldn't find out that the opposing party has to pay for it. At least it doesn't say so in the applications at ecourts

wo steht das in den Verfahren auf Malta, dass die Gegenseite das bezahlt ??? Habe nicht rauslesen können, dass die Gegenseite das bezahlen muss. Steht zumindest nicht in den Anträgen bei ecourts

Has anyone had any experience with Interwe**en regarding claims for reimbursement? Because you never hear anything from them? Do they always compare themselves?

Hat eigentlich irgendwie jemand da Erfahrung mit Interwe**en bezüglich Rückforderung gemacht ? Weil von denen hört man nichts? Vergleichen sie sich da immer ?

My contract states that my cost risk is 0% and that all costs that have to be incurred are covered until I can access the amount (i.e. it is in my account). Only the % that was agreed for the PF will be deducted.

Even if the case had been decided against me, I would not have to pay anything.

What would be the point otherwise? It's about outsourcing the risk and giving up % in return.

Bei meinem Vertrag steht dass mein Kostenrisiko 0% beträgt und das alles Kosten gedeckt sind die aufzubringen sind bis ich über den Betrag verfügen kann (also auf meinem Konto ist) lediglich die % werden abgezogen die vereinbart sind für den PF.

Auch wenn der Fall gegen mich entschieden worden wäre muss ich nichts zahlen.

Was hätte das sonst für einen Sinn? Es geht ja darum das Risiko auszulagern und dafür % herzugeben.
