안녕하세요, Casino Intense에 대해 어떻게 생각하시나요?

Hi, I've recently been trying two casinos, I'm happy with one as I only had a delay due to lack of documents but everything was resolved, however with Casino Intense they haven't responded to me for +20 days, I'm not very expert but it seems to me the situation is a bit serious!

Ciao recentemente sto provando due casinò, con uno mi ci trovo bene poiché ho soltanto avuto un ritardo per mancanza di un documento ma tutto risolto, invece con Casino Intense è già da +20 giorni che non mi rispondono, non sono molto esperto ma mi sembra un po' grave la situazione!

Hi, I'll start by saying that it's great that you found a casino for yourself that you like, and despite the inconveniences, you managed to sort it all out. 

As for the other, communication would be a very important thing for me personally and if someone didn't reply to me for more than 20 days it would make me very uneasy. 

Anyway, what did you write to the casino ? Are you trying to resolve an issue there as well ?
