The bank have said they need the company sort code and account number to open a dispute with them but Falcora are now not responding to my emails.

In Germany, it was not clear for a long time whether Curacao casinos could be sued, but now things are moving forward and the first judgments have been made.

If you really want your money back, you'll sue. If you haven't achieved anything on your own for 6 months, you won't achieve anything on your own in the next 6 months either.

You file a lawsuit in the court where you live. It doesn't matter where the casino is based. The lawsuit is filed where the player had access to the casino.

Klage reicht man dort bei Gericht ein wo man wohnt. Es ist also egal wo das Casino seine Sitz hat. Es wird dort geklagt, von wo der Spieler aus Zugriff auf das Casino hatte.
