I've attached a screenshot of the chat. . dama has become very bad. my deposit was then empty except for one bonus game. Bonus game was also a disaster. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Then you're told it's 35 in your country! I think it's unfair to the player that it's presented like this when making a deposit! Some well-known gaming providers only accept US dollars!

Now I was looking at the Terms and Conditions and I found out that the casino really requires a minimum deposit of €35. I have seen that the Terms and Conditions were changed on January 10 if I saw correctly and this bonus was added by us last year so we will have to fix it. So based on how the casino has it, it's probably correct and I don't think you've looked at it.

Clearly that's true, they should have it clearly stated, given the offer. This way it is unlikely that players will just know that they have to deposit €35 when you open the bonuses and the deposit is €20. That would confuse even me. 

Anyway, I always recommend reading the terms and conditions especially for bonuses and not just the ones that would be written on the bonus itself. The player will learn much more, in my opinion, because a lot of things are basically written in the terms and if you fulfill everything from there, you shouldn't be surprised.

Well, that doesn't mean I blame you or something, that was just my advice.
