I have been waiting for withdrawals since 12/15/24. The experience was pretty good, the first withdrawals were fast but these ones I requested have been going on for a month and a half now. They only have a chat to communicate and in it they only respond that the finance team is working on the requests, which are a bit delayed.

Lately they don't even answer the chat. Can someone help me with withdrawals? If the same thing happened to someone, how could they solve the problem?

Of course, the last time I was able to withdraw profits was on 8/12/24, it took longer than indicated on their page, it took 15 days and supposedly it was within 24 hours. Previously I had managed to withdraw and within 48 hours I had the withdrawals in my account.

The last withdrawals I requested told me that they had delays with payments and that I was in a queue. And it has been like this since 12/15/24

It was a complete scam. The casino page has disappeared, and so have the funds and everything. A scam in every sense of the word.

I have been searching and only find that the casino has closed. The company that it belongs to is Crackerjack Entertainment NV and nothing appears. Every casino that I find belonging to that company does not work. Unfortunately, they have robbed all of us who have been waiting for withdrawals from that company. I know that nothing can be done but if there was some regulatory body that could be reported to, I think that more than one user would do so.
