Hi, congratulations on your win. I would say that this is a question for the casino itself and therefore whether or not they would be able to raise your limit somehow. How much money do they give you and how often do you get the money ?

I understand that, but did you ask them if the limit can be increased somehow ? Of course, if they have them like that and they stick to what they have written in the terms and conditions, then there's probably not much to do. The important thing for me would probably be that the casino actually pays out the money and doesn't stop it. 

The limit can only be increased by increasing the vip level, but due to the ratio, since I won 300 times the invested amount, the vip level simply cannot be increased...

Aha jasné, to je škoda pretože ak sa s kasínom nedohodneš na nejakom individuálnom limite alebo vyplácaní, tak s tým asi nebude veľa čo robiť. Viem, že asi veľké čiastky by ti nechceli vyplácať ale zase keby sa to aspoňo niečo zvýšilo by to nebolo zlé. Máš prideleného aj nejakého VIP manaž´éra ak si VIP ? Možno s niekým takým by sa to mohlo dať vyriešíť.

To je dosť veľa ale pokiaľ ťa postupne vyplácajú tak je to stále fajn. Problém by nastal keby prestali tak dúfajme, že takýto scenár nenastane. Určite môžeš postupne zdieľať ako to ide. 🙂
