I can only report my experience. I had three withdrawals of €500 each. After 16 days, I received one payout, and the second was directly withdrawn from my bank account by the casino. They said my bank had refused, which was a lie. Now I've been waiting for three more withdrawals since May 2nd.

Update..Haben mir heute am 14. TAG 2x 500 Euro ausgezahlt. Die Beschwerde würde in 6h bearbeitet werden. Lass ich die offen? Da wären noch 1x 500 die noch nicht ausgezahlt wurden vom 4.5.
