I have a account balance of 123k. Yup, I had a good run on a 100 deposit, got up a few k, decided to do a few big bets, I hit in the neighborhood of 45k , talked to support about withdraw process, put in withdraw for 10k (the max) , support told me I could play while it was withdrawing , I know this because I asked their online support about it as I was "sadly" going to be bummed out if I couldn't play and they assured me thst it was no problem, anyway I played a bit more and then ended up hitting for like 54 . Wild yes ik ,anyway. that was on April 6th , since then iv gotten 1 maby 1.5 updates. Yes there is a little more to this story. To answer some questions after reading that little bit of my situation. When you say they gave you few updates, what was the last one and what did they tell you? Did they mention why you have not received any money yet? Could you show me the bonus you played with and did you read everything you needed to read for the bonuses? Bonus was 75% no rules 1x playthrough, iv gotten 2 updates , first was its with payout team , 2 months later here we are and now they say they are waiting results from game providers, im not trying to be short answered to your questions , but I can assure you everything is legit so to say and no violations. No problems in the past, you name it its all here and legit and played right , I haven't been accused of anything ither, just ignored. All documents have been sent and verified months ago , even tho this isnt my first withdraw since iv been playing there over the course of months. But since when did they check it? If you wait two months for the money it's not really cool I would say, because I would expect such a process with the game provider to come quite soon and not after such a long time.

The bonus i used was no rules 1x wager thats it, look there is no problems with anything from them nor from me, other than no communication, and just uknown information and everyone seems to be on vacation since I won 123k . I was just giving some general Info, there was never a problem with anything other than I won and now being ignored. Bonus, account, ll that good stuff. ,kyc, you name it. All good. Kinda just threw them out there and see if it just might grab someone's attention, found a few investors of Ritz, figured they would like to see what's going on over there , I just started turning up the heat on my end, 123k is enough to get people on board to stir the pot . The ritz reps on lcbs pages have yet to acknowledge my questions and post, they skip over and reply to next person .
