There's a withdrawal that's been in process for over 48 hours. They're not even answering my emails anymore. I had to call, and they told me to wait a week because they had an issue with Binance, which is where I requested the withdrawal. First, they told me the money would be available in 24 hours, then 48 hours, and now a week is what bothers me the most. At least I can still log in to the page and see that the withdrawal is still pending. Does anyone have any information on what I can do? 😔

Hay un retiro que lleva más de 48 hrs en proceso. Ya ni me responden los correos. Tuve que llamar y me digeron que esperara una semana que tuvieron un problema con Binance que fue por donde pedí retirar el dinero. Primero me habían dicho que en 24hrs estaba el dinero luego que 48hrs y ahora que una semana es lo que más molesta. Al menos aún puedo entrar a la página y ver que está pendiente el retiro aún. Alguno tiene información de que puedo hacer 😔
