Gamba.com 지갑, 큰 승리 후 잠김

My wallet on gamba.com has been locked with the stated reason "The account is under review as it was flagged for mines exploitation". This was after a very lucky day (probably my luckiest in years) where I went up around $6k playing Mines, Keno, Dice and Home of the Brave slot.

I currently have $3,300 in my gamba.com account that I can't withdraw and after reading another users review on TrustPilot I'm a little concerned.

Initially I was asked to provide passport, proof of address and a selfie with my gamba account and passport which I did and was able to withdraw some however after winning even more they locked the account again and I'm now waiting 2-3 days for them to do a review.

I will report back when I hear more from them...

My stats from today and the chat after I noticed the wallet was locked. I currently have $2,300 in my wallet and $1,000 in my vault all in LTC.

I was told I would hear back in 2-3 days but I'm obviously very concerned as its a lot of money.

May I ask, though, if they explained to you the reason why they have blocked your account now?

Is it perhaps due to the fact they need to do some additional checks?

I hope it will get all explained and you'll be able to withdraw all of your winnings soon.
