Hi, according to what I can see, support probably didn't give you the answer you wanted. Does that mean there is no alternative to do it ? I've moved your post here and hopefully someone will be able to help you as many players have experience with Mifinity.

When you go onto the app to your account where the balance you want too withdraw is you will see the withdrawal options, in my case the bank account I verified. You might see that the option your looking for is there but you might have to verify that option which if I read you post correctly is Skrill

I have emailed them this morning stating that you are having problems understanding how to get your documentation verified and this has caused you to become distressed and confused by the process and could they send you an explanation as to what they exactly need for you to be able to make your withdrawal. I got a reply in 24hrs from Amy in which she said they cannot discuss someone else's account with a 3rd party so I just wrote back as I knew this and said the reasons I wrote was to explain that you were confused and distressed and I just wanted to draw attention to the problem your having and had attached your email and documents and would they be so kind as to contact you. Why don't you use Revolut, I recommend it, it's the best and once you know it well, you have all possible payment methods in one in a second.
