Hello, what do you mean you won't get free spins in our tournament. Do you feel that it is some kind of bug when you launch it or do you mean that you don't get any bonus- free spins in the game itself ? Sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. It's all about chance, so sometimes you can get free spins more than once, and other times you can spin and get nothing. 

Anyway, since our tournaments are free, you can keep trying and I firmly believe that one day you will win. 😉
