GamDom Casino has taken multiple (6) deposits from me even though they did not complete any KYC verification. GamDom hasn't even asked me for my NAME or AGE. They do not have a single ID of mine, yet they allow the deposit and they allow me to play.

What if I was a minor? What if I'm from a country that doesn't allow access? These are all clear and serious responsibilities of GamDom before they can take deposits and allow playing. I have clear screenshot proof of all the deposits that took place, of all the lack of information and of all the lack of KYC. You can see that not even my NAME or AGE are there, let alone the identification requirements like a government issued ID and proof of address. That is unacceptable.

Taking away the KYC verification process (and even the most basic details like name and age) are not only illegal for GamDom to allow that player to play, but take away a lot of the 'real' aspects of gambling. The lack of this process put me in a complete meta world and I wasn't fully aware of what I was actually doing, as it was so unregulated.

I request a refund of all the $13206.4 that I have deposited into GamDom, and this situation should never happen again.

GamDom allowed me to deposit $13,206.40 without asking for a shred of verification: no name, no age, no proof of identity or address. Nothing. What if I were a minor? What if I were playing from a country where gambling is restricted? The lack of any checks from GamDom is appalling and completely unacceptable.

I should not have been allowed to deposit even a single dollar without meeting the industry-standard KYC process. Instead, GamDom took six separate deposits from me, turning a blind eye to any regulatory or ethical responsibilities.
