He hasn’t withdraw funds since 12/14/2019, they refer to some problems with the financial department and in January they don’t show any games at all (writes error 404, etc.). The operators constantly lie that they allegedly make requests to speed up the output, but still silence! !!! Neither by mail nor where they say nothing !!!! Documents like everything sent (photos, passport, cards and bank certificates). Full ignore !!!! In my direction !!! Help with the conclusion if possible. Thank you in advance !!

Невыводит средства с 14.12.2019,ссылаются на какие то проблемы с фин.отделом а в январе вообще непоказывает никакие игры( пишет ошибка 404 и т.д.).Операторы врут постоянно что якобы делают запросы на ускорение вывода но по-прежнему тишина!!!! Ни на почту ни куда ничего не сообщают!!!! Документы вроде все отправил( фото,паспорт,карты и справки из банков). Полный игнор!!!! В мою сторону!!! Помогите с выводом если это возможно.заранее благодарен!!

I still tried to top up the account in "HITLOTO" - accepted without problems.

Я ще спробував поповнити рахунок в"хІТЛОТО" -- прийняло без проблем.А віддавати не хочуть,тим паче що грав я без бонусів і жодної зачіпки з моєї сторони небуло
