Hello, I made a deposit at this casino in the hope of playing for sporting events, but when I try, I get a warning that the limit has been exceeded. I contacted the chat, they wrote that I can’t bet on sports, then I wanted to withdraw the deposit, but then they wrote to me that I had to scroll the deposit 5 times in a casino and other things that I don’t understand. That is, they offer me to give a deposit.

Здравствуйте, сделал депозит на данном казино в надежде поиграть на спортивные события, но при попытке выходит предупреждение, что лимит превышен. Обратился в чат, там написали, что я не могу делать ставки на спорт, тогда я хотел вывести депозит, но и тут мне написали, что я должен 5 раз прокрутить депозит в казино и прочее в которых я не разбираюсь. То есть мне предлагают подарить депозит.

I understand it must be difficult for you, but unfortunately, we don’t have enough insight to take on this kind of issue.

Furthermore, some casinos require to wager real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s withdrawal rules in T&Cs and I found this:

„3.14. A customer can withdraw money from his account only after he has rolled each of his deposits at least 5 times. Wagers with odds lower than 1.6 (sports and virtual sports betting) or casino wagers with minimum/no risk are not counted towards the rollover. If the player doesn’t meet this requirement, Hot.bet reserves the right to reject the withdrawal or apply an administrative fee of up to 8%. All Running, Cash-out bets, Tie (Draw), Cancelled, Refunded and Denied bets, or bets placed on multiple outcomes of the same event are not considered towards the calculation of the turnover."

I suggest you fulfilling the requirements, otherwise, you won’t be able to request the withdrawal.

I understand that I need to wager the deposit 5 times, the problem is that I was blocked from sports betting, for this I made a deposit. Casino and stuff, I don’t understand this. as written above. You have a hot bet, so I filed a complaint here, in the hope of a solution to the problem. In any case, let other players know about the quality of the Hot bet.

я понимаю что нужно отыграть депозит 5 раз, проблема в том что мне заблокировали ставки на спорт, ради этого делал депозит. Казино и прочее, в этом не разбираюсь. как писал выше. Hot bet есть у вас, поэтому подал жалобу здесь, в надежде на решение проблемы. В любом случае, пусть другие игроки знают о качестве Hot bet.
