I'm trying to make a withdrawal but I can't. First, I tried using the withdrawal method called "Bank Transfer", but it wouldn't let me enter my interbank clabe, nor my Nu Mexico (Akala) account number. It kept saying, "Error filling in the account field". I tried with my BBVA account instead, and there it did allow me to process my withdrawal. It even said it had been accepted, but after 5 minutes I received a notification that the operator had rejected it.

Estoy tratando de retirar pero no me deja, primero trate de utilizar el método de retiro llamado "Transferencia bancaria", donde en el número de cuenta no me dejaba poner mi clabe interbancaria, ni mi número de cuenta de Nu México (Akala) me decía que "Error al rellenar el campo de la cuenta", Intente con mi cuenta BBVA, ahí si me dejo procesar mi retirada, según ya se había aceptado pero a los 5 minutos me apareció que el operador la había rechazado.

Thank you, if everything is resolved, at the end of the day what I did was put money into my account through cryptos, play the money in the account and from there be able to withdraw using the same crypto that I used to deposit the money.

gracias, si ya todo se resolvio, al final de cuentas lo que hice fue meter a mi cuenta dinero mediante cryptos, jugar el dinero de la cuenta y de ahi poder retirar mediante la misma crypto que ocupe para ingresar el dinero.
