I deposited 650 Euros via Neteller just a little bit than a weeek ago!

I won 1800 Euros, tried to make a withdraw, but it says that the limit is 500 Euros/day!

Tried to withdraw that amount, but then it said that the limit is 150 Euros.

They approved the withdraw almost imeddiately, but they did not send any money, ussually such Neteller transfers take few minutes.

After contacting the support, which answered on email with 3/4 word sentances, without a signature like it was some teenager chat. Very unprofessional, and they said, that everything has been paid. By providing proof (transaction history), they are asking me a bank statement, despite Neteller is not even a bank, and they do not provide sith such, you can only download a transaction history!

Cheap excuses and reading all these comments/reviews, I have the feeling they are just scammers!

The withdraw was made on 7th of December, still nothing!

And they have informed me previously, that they have paid me everything, I have to provide with proof about it by sending bank statement which Neteller does not provide because it is not a bank.

Now they said they will check it at their end.

i am not really worried about those 150 Euros. That site is a scam and I would be happy that they get bad reviews/scores, so noone would register there!!!

They have maximum withdraw 150 Euros/dat despite in the site it says 500 Euros, despite this I lost more than those 150 they did not pay me.

The support replies in emails without a signature in a free chat form with small short unprofessional which directs me towards that the site is a scam. They do not deserve to have a licence at all!

Before we would try to intervene with the casino, would it be possible to forward the full transaction history from your payment provider (full December) as it shows payment only until 9.12. which is a short period if the withdrawal was requested on 7th.

I will just clarify something about this casino, just so everyone can see… everything leads me to think that this is a scam.

100 Euro first deposit bonus, I received it as I made my first deposit of 100 Euros, but it was impossible to use it even after losing the deposited money, it just was there like blocking me from Withdraws, because with it you just can not withdraw.

Then I made a smaller deposit of 65 Euros and then 500 Euros in one go (total 665 Ruros) after which I won 1800+something! This is exactly the amount which they owe me, becase after this started my worst sports betting experience ever!

As it is said on the site you can withdraw 500 Euros/day. NOT TRUE! It is just only 150 Euros. The limit stands there as we speak, so it is not a mistake, it is intentional to fool people in to losing money. I made 150 Euros withdraw very swiftly, accepted/completed, but NEVER received! Neteller on all other platforms I have played usually take 20minutes till few hours, in some super rare cases it is 1 business day.

After writing a complaint, I got asked about non existing documents to prove that I have not received anything, they played fool that they have sent everything… just to buy time, forget about it… after a while you just write again, send them any possible prove you can deliver them, after that you receive that they will take action and get back to you, after that I have received 3 new responses from the Vip service, that they are asking me about how satisfied I am with using their casino. All three just copy/paste emails. No real solution, no normal answer.

As they owe me 1800 Euros which I won and tried to deposit, but Ok, I just want to receive all my deposited money (665 Euros) there. It would be fare regarding the service and this site just making a fool of me and scamming my money.

And I would want them to have a lower trust level on bookmaker promotional sites because that was the reason I decided to join them, they have high ratings and good reviews , that they can be trusted even despite their criminal activity.

Poeple should be aware of such sites!!!

made a withdrawal to Neteller from which I made the deposit and did not receive anything.

After contacting the support ( I received one email a day) last thing what I received was for me to prove that there are problems with the limits. Basically they asked me to make another deposit so I could prove it and then stopped contacting at all. Superbly awful experience with them and after all these months I have forgotten already about my missing money! Do not have time and emotions for this anymore.
