2025년 1월 5일 일요일에 저는 Platincasino에서 2,500유로라는 큰 금액을 얻었습니다.
사소한 사항: 이전에 저는 여러 번 소액을 출금하려고 시도했지만, 여러 번 서류를 제출했음에도 불구하고 계속 거부당했습니다.
같은 날, 모든 서류를 제출하여 검증을 받고 출금을 요청했지만, 2일 후에 은행 거래 내역서가 틀렸다는 이유로 출금이 거부되었습니다.
지원 이메일에 따르면 은행 거래 내역서에는 다음이 포함되어야 합니다. 고객 서비스 팀: 귀하의 이름, IBAN, BIC 및 날짜가 포함된 은행 거래 내역서(PDF 또는 사진)를 플레이어 계정에 업로드하세요. 발행일은 3개월을 넘지 않아야 합니다.
저는 다음 서류를 제출하였고, 승인되었습니다.
- 비자카드(앞면/뒷면)
- 주소 증빙서류(전화요금 청구서/명세서)
- 신분증(앞/뒤)
지원에 따르면 아직 보류 중인 유일한 것은 은행 거래 내역서인데, 다른 거래 내역서가 없으므로 그럴 리가 없습니다.
요구한 대로 정확히 업로드했지만 불행히도 출금이 거부되었습니다.

Dear Guru-Team,
On Sunday, January 5th, 2025, I won a large sum of €2500 at Platincasino.
A small detail: Prior to this, I tried to withdraw several small amounts, which were repeatedly declined, even though I submitted documents multiple times.
On the same day, I sent in all the forms for verification and requested a withdrawal, but after 2 days, it was declined because supposedly my bank statement was incorrect.
According to the support email, the bank statement should include the following: Customer Service Team: Please upload a bank statement (PDF or photo) with your name, IBAN, BIC, and date to your player account. The issue date must not be older than 3 months.
I submitted the following documents, and they were approved.
- Visa card (front/back)
- Proof of address (phone bill/statement)
- ID card (front/back)
The only thing still pending according to support is the bank statement, which shouldn't be the case because I don't have another one.
I uploaded it exactly as required, but unfortunately, the withdrawal was declined.

ich habe bei Platincasino am Sonntag den 05.01.2025 ein hohen Betrag von 2500€ gewonnen.
Kleiner Beitrag dazu : Vorher habe ich mehrere kleine Beträge versucht auszuzahlen diese wurden auch immer wieder abgelehnt, obwohl mehrmals Dokumente eingereicht wurden.
Am selben Tag habe ich alle Formulare zur Verifizierung eingeschickt & eine Auszahlung beantragt, nach 2 Tagen wurde dies nun Abgelehnt, weil angeblich mein Kontoauszug nicht richtig wäre.
laut Support- Email soll das Kontoauszug folgendes aufweisen : Kundenservice-Team: Bitte lade einen Kontoauszug (PDF oder abfotografiert) mit deinem Namen, IBAN, BIC und Datum auf deinem Spielerkonto hoch. Das Ausstellungsdatum darf nicht älter als 3 Monate sein
Folgende Dokumente habe ich eingereicht & wurden auch genehmigt.
- Visakarte - (Vorder/Rückseite)
- Adressnachweis ( Telefonrechnung/Abrechnung)
- Personalausweis ( Vorder/Rückseite)
offen laut Support , was aber nicht sein kann weil ich kein anderen Kontoauszug habe.
dies habe ich auch genau so hochgeladen, nur leider wurde die Auszahlung abgelehnt.
