4월 6일에 처음으로 계정이 완전히 확인되었습니다. 그 후 출금을 요청했는데 4월 9일에 취소되었습니다. 이유는 또 다른 결제 증빙이 필요해서 바로 업로드했기 때문입니다. 이는 4월 10일에 확인되었으며, 이번에는 문제가 없는지 지원팀에 문의한 끝에 다시 출금을 요청하였습니다. 4월 11일 또 취소 메일이 왔는데... 그 후 다시 지원하러 가서 무슨 문제인지 물어봤습니다. 몇번을 물어보니 결제수단에 뭔가 문제가 있는 것 같으니 대신 은행송금을 이용하라는 답변이 왔습니다. 나는 매번 Sofortüberweisung으로 지불했고 모든 인출에도 이 방법을 사용했습니다. 4월 6일부터 모든 지원 직원(다니엘, 파울리나, 셀린, 데이비드)과 거의 매일 연락을 주고받았습니다. 각각의 새로운 인출 시도 전에 나는 모든 것이 정상인지, 이번에 인출이 진행될 것인지 확인하기 위해 그들과 확인했습니다. 모든 입금은 동일한 계좌에서 Sofortüberweisung을 통해 이루어졌습니다. 현재 은행송금을 통한 3차 출금 시도가 대기 중인데, 내일 또 취소된다는 옛날 얘기가 나올 것 같습니다. 지원, 입금 및 출금 시도에 대한 모든 채팅은 스크린샷으로 기록됩니다.

The account was fully verified for the first time on April 6th. I then requested a withdrawal, which was cancelled on April 9th. The reason given was that another proof of payment was required, which I then uploaded straight away. This was verified on April 10th, and I requested the withdrawal again, even after consulting support to see if everything was OK this time. On April 11th, another email came with the cancellation... I then went to support again and asked what the problem was. After asking several times, the answer was that there was apparently something wrong with the payment method and that I should use bank transfer instead. I have paid in with Sofortüberweisung every time and have also used this method for every withdrawal. Since April 6th, I have been in contact with all support employees (Daniel, Paulina, Celine and David) almost every day. Before each new withdrawal attempt, I checked with them to make sure that everything was OK and that the withdrawal would go through this time. All deposits were made via Sofortüberweisung from the same account. Currently, the third withdrawal attempt via bank transfer is pending, but I think that tomorrow the same old story with the cancellation will come up again. Das Konto wurde erstmals am 06.04. vollständig verifiziert. Danach habe ich eine Auszahlung beantragt, die am 09.04. storniert wurde. Als Begründung wurde angegeben, dass ein anderer Zahlungsnachweis benötigt wird, den ich dann direkt hochgeladen habe. Dieser wurde am 10.04. verifiziert, und ich habe erneut die Auszahlung beantragt, sogar nach Rücksprache mit dem Support, ob alles diesmal passt. Am 11.04. kam dann wieder eine Mail mit der Stornierung... Daraufhin bin ich erneut zum Support gegangen und habe gefragt, was das Problem sei. Die Antwort nach mehrfacher Nachfrage war, dass anscheinend etwas mit der Zahlungsmethode fehlerhaft sei und ich stattdessen die Banküberweisung (BankTransfer) verwenden solle. Ich habe jedes Mal mit Sofortüberweisung eingezahlt und auch bei jeder Auszahlung diese Methode verwendet. Seit dem 06.04. stehe ich fast täglich im Kontakt mit sämtlichen Support-Mitarbeitern (Daniel, Paulina, Celine und David). Vor jedem neuen Auszahlungsversuch habe ich mich bei ihnen versichert, ob jetzt alles passt und ob die Auszahlung diesmal durchkommt. Alle Einzahlungen wurden via Sofortüberweisung vom selben Konto getätigt. Aktuell steht der dritte Auszahlungsversuch via BankTransfer im Raum, aber ich denke, dass morgen wieder die gleiche Leier mit der Stornierung kommt. Alle Chats mit dem Support ,Einzahlungen und Auszahlungsversuche sind per Screenshot festgehalten.
