Today, I encountered a problem where I could not proceed with the application again, so when I inquired again, only the initial greeting was sent, and since then I have received no response or response to my inquiries and questions. Due to the specifications of the chat, it is not possible to close the chat from here, so I left it for several minutes... I am still left connected to the chat... (The consultant's name is Leonard)
I felt that it was a cruel response.

誤ってアカウントを2つ登録してしまったので、削除依頼に関する問い合わせを何度かコンサルタントの方にしていました。
今日になり、再度申請が進められないトラブルに見舞われたため、改めて問い合わせたところ、最初の挨拶だけ送られたきり、それ以降こちらの問い合わせや問いかけに何も反応や返事をして頂けず、またチャットの仕様上こちらからチャットを閉じることが出来ないため、そのまま数十分放置…今もチャットに繋がったまま放置されている状況です…(コンサルタント名にはLeonardと表記)
さすがに酷い対応だなと感じました。
アカウントの削除が進められないので困っています…
