아무런 이유도 없이 갑자기 계정이 차단되었습니다. 항상 입금을 잘하고 인출도 거의 안함(플레이할 때도 마찬가지)
물어보니 리스크관리팀에서 내린 결정이라 배팅구역을 계속 이용할 수 있다는 답변을 받았습니다.
오늘 다시 확인해 보니 계정이 완전히 차단되었습니다.
충성도 높은 고객을 차단한다면 최소한 이유가 적절할 것이라고 생각합니다.
My account was suddenly blocked without any reason given. I always deposited well and rarely withdrew anything (as is the case when playing)
When I asked, I was told that it was a decision made by risk management and that I could continue to use the betting area.
Today I checked again and the account was completely blocked.
I think a reason would at least be appropriate if you lock out a loyal customer.
Mein Account wurde plötzlich ohne Angabe von Gründen gesperrt. Ich habe immer gut eingezahlt und nur selten etwas ausgezahlt (wie es so ist beim Spielen)
Auf Rückfrage hieß es, es ist eine Entscheidung vom Risk-Management und ich könne weiterhin den Wett-Bereich nutzen.
Heute schaue ich noch einmal rein und der Account ist komplett gesperrt.
Ich finde eine Begründung wäre zumindest angebracht, wenn man einen treuen Kunden aussperrt.
