They advertise that a 150% welcome bonus is given with the first deposit of $20 - $200. This was advertised to me directly in an email sent to me from Flush as well as on their website. I deposited $85 and never received the bonus. Customer Service told me that in order to claim a bonus the user settings have to have the bonus option turned on. Nowhere in the terms does it state that you have to turn anything on to claim a bonus. Then Customer Service told me that the bonus option setting is always automatically turned on so if my bonus did not get applied to my account it must be because I had to have gone into my settings and turned the bonus option off. I don't even know where the settings are to do that nor would I have thought to do that. Then Customer Service told me that the bonus would have only been 100% anyway, not 150%. I showed him the email they sent me that contains the link I clicked that goes to their website where it states there is a 150% welcome bonus with any deposit between $20-$200. No response. This is another online scam casino.
