I copied the exact address when I tried to deposit with BTC and sent the funds, I did not receive the funds in the slots account and when I contacted support, Simon, said that I entered the wrong address and that I sent the money to someone else. Than said that my PC had a virus and that is the reason why I sent the funds elsewhere. It was 10 USD so it is not about the money.
