When I converted the bonus I had around €350. Everything was fine and it was shown as real money.
I continued to play up to €500 and wanted to pay out. Then the first email came saying that the maximum payout for this bonus was €200.
Then I tried to pay out the €200 and then the mail came that I had violated the bonus conditions and all my money is gone.
The game was Madame Destiny which was nowhere marked as a game not to be played.

Ich spielte weiter bis 500€ und wollte auszahlen.Dann kam die erste Mail das bei diesem Bonus die Max Auszahlung bei 200€ lag.
Dann versuchte ich die 200€ auszuzahlen und dann kam die Mail das ich gegen die Bonus Bedingungen verstoßen hätte und all mein geld weg ist.
Das Spiel war Madame Destiny das nirgends als Spiel gekennzeichnet war was man nicht spielen darf.
