Playoro에서 출금하는 데 너무 오래 걸려요. 먼저 모든 서류를 요구했는데, 여권 날짜와 공과금 청구서 날짜가 적혀 있고, 카드 소유권을 요구해서 승인되었다는 것을 뒷받침하는 서류 2개를 보냈고, 검증한 후 출금을 했는데 출금이 2영업일 더 지연되었어요. 비자 직불 카드로 자금을 출금할 수 없었거든요. 그래서 IBAN과 명세서와 고객 센터를 포함한 다른 은행 정보를 보냈어요. 너무 부주의해서 세상에 신경 쓰지 않고, 너무 무례했어요. 전혀 도와주지도 않고, 같은 말을 계속 반복했고, 자금이 또 지연되었지만 다른 쇼와 마찬가지로 자금을 인출하는 데는 충분히 빨랐어요. 제 의견으로는 강력할 수도 있지만 Playoro에 가입하려는 모든 사람을 위한 제 실제 경험은 출금을 최대한 미루려고 노력한다는 거예요. 불만 처리 팀은 그들이 있는지 없는지 신경 쓰지 않아요. 여러분의 의견은 거의 없거나 전혀 없어요.
Playoro takes so long to withdraw first they asked for all my documents, 0 issues which is passport in date and utility bill in date, then to ask for card owner ship sent in 2 documents supporting which got accepted and then to withdraw after being verified to then my withdrawal to be delayed by another 2 business days to my visa debit card not being able to withdraw the funds, so then sent in iban and other banking information including statement and the customer care so careless not a care in the world, so rude, won’t help at all say the same thing over and over again, and another delay for funds, but quick enough takings funds same as any other show, my opinion it may be strong but my true experience for anyone looking to join Playoro they try push your withdrawal out as long they can, complaints team don’t care if they have one, your opinion is little to none
