Hi. Have been trying to withdraw 500 of the attached balance. I only gamble rarley. I put 40 pound on. And ended up with the attached amount. Tried to withdraw 500 first two weeks ago and it ended back in my account balance. I uploaded my driving licence. Still nothing happening. I was told if I went to withdraw 1600 ide have to deposit 600. It's ridiculous. I refused any bonuses. What can I do to withdraw all 6801.50

They won't reply to my emails also they confirmed my driving licence. And again for second time they have removed the pending 500 withdrawal back on to balance. I have 6700 to withdraw I can't even get 500 paid out

Again they have put pending withdrawal back on to balance they just won't let me have it.

Dear cobrakai1, I've reviewed your case and am sorry to hear about your struggles with withdrawal. I will try to help you by contacting the casino. We'll see what can be done once they reply. In the meantime, please specify if you have read the casino's T&C? I have just checked the terms and conditions and have found the following rule:

9.11.2 The maximum total amount that any player can withdraw may not exceed 250% of the total amount deposited by that player. Should a player attempt to make a withdrawal that exceeds this limit, the request will be automatically rejected.

Another rule (9.18) states that the minimum withdrawal amount should be 250 GBP. Was 40 GBP the total amount of your deposits? Considering that your total deposits were 40 GBP, you should be entitled to withdraw a maximum of 100 GBP, which is a problem because of the casino's minimum withdrawal amount.

Please, confirm if the player needs to deposit a minimum of 60 GBP to be able to make a minimum withdrawal. Does the deposited amount have to be wagered?

We would like to ask the casino to reply to this complaint. We are extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’ which may negatively affect its rating.

Dear cobrakai1, I have tried to contact the casino representative to get any comments but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
