Good day, I would like to file a complaint against suprabets.com, as they have cheated me out of 5000 PLN. I was playing 50/50 at the casino as well as placing sports bets. When I wanted to withdraw some of these funds, my account was blocked without any information. I tried to contact the bookmaker by email to resolve the matter, but I have not received any response for a month now. The live chat keeps redirecting me to email contact. I didn't play with bonus funds. I am an honest player. I am asking for help, as these funds are necessary for my livelihood.

W momencie, kiedy część z tych środków chciałem wypłacić moje konto zostało zablokowane bez żadnej informacji. Próbowałem skontaktować się z bukmacherem za pomocą e-mail celem rozwiązania sprawy, ale nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi od miesiąca czasu. Na chat odsyłają mnie do kontaktu e-mail. Nie grałem za środki bonusowe. Jestem uczciwym graczem. Proszę o pomoc, bo to są moje środki do życia, które muszę posiadać.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Yes, the account has been verified. I don't remember exactly when, but I think it was May 19, 2023. I collected all my winnings from my deposited money. I didn't use any bonus at all. I haven't talked to the casino because I haven't been able to contact the bookmaker and they don't answer any questions in the chat.
