I don't really understand what is there to check so much in those three documents. A copy of the passport, address information, and also a deposit method that would have been made from your own bank account. For example, the processing of three documents takes 3 months. Maybe it would be reasonable to ask me for new clarifications or even a document that is a few days old. I could make things easier. And in my opinion, when these things are approved, there should be no doubt who owns the casino account. We do not support the common casino practice that restricts a single account per IP address, device, or household, as we find it unfair to players.

We believe that if two separate individuals create and maintain their own accounts, verify their identities, deposit using payment methods in their own names, and play independently, they should not be considered to have breached any terms. In such cases, their winnings should be honored. While a casino may choose to enforce a policy of restricting one account per household or IP at its discretion, we believe this should not invalidate the previous winnings earned by the players in question.

So I am more than sure that the casino talisman staff and every rational person understand that no rule has been broken intentionally in this case. And if we are honest, I have no idea how they find out and confirm this IP address thing, for example. They would try to claim that every casino talisman customer somehow uses exactly the same IP. So you have never played with a married couple or a couple who are dating or just friends living in a shared house or etc. So I really can't believe it if we are the first. It just feels like we don't want to admit that a warning would have been enough in the first place and it would have been nice to also get better instructions so that from then on it wouldn't be like that. So without a proper explanation, immediately lock the account and confiscate the winnings and think that's how the matter should have been handled. Obeying outrageous, unprofessional behavior plus no mercy is the worst decision for me of all the options.

They followed my recommendation and carried out additional verification.

While some red flags - such as matching IP addresses and the same proof of address - were understandable and explainable, a more concerning issue arose: mutual money transactions between the accounts in question. While this could still be a legitimate situation, it constitutes a severe breach of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies at most online casinos. Such transactions directly raise concerns about the legitimacy of the source of funds deposited into the casino, which is strictly regulated.

At Casino Guru, we always strive to advocate for players, especially in cases where no unfair advantage was gained - even if certain casino terms, like one account per IP or household, were technically breached.
