Der erste Mitarbeiter hat gesagt das irgendwann mal bei irgendeiner Einzahlung was schief gelaufen ist, mir das Geld aber gut geschrieben wurde und die es jetzt bemerkt hätten. So etwas ist nicht passiert. Der zweite Mitarbeiter hat mir gesagt das bei meiner Einzahlung vom 27.03 was schief gelaufen ist und mir 200 Euro auf mein Bankkonto zurück gebucht wurden. Es ist nichts schief gelaufen und ich habe auch nichts zurück gebucht bekommen. Der Dritte Mitarbeiter wusste überhaupt nicht was ich meine und ich habe das Gespräch nach 10 Minuten beendet. Heute ist der 01.04 und ich muss mir seit Tagen anhören es wird daran gearbeitet.
Ich war so wütend und Sauer und unkonzentriert das ich jede weitere Einzahlung sofort verloren habe. Seit 5 Tagen kann ich nicht Spielen und kein Geld gewinnen nur weil die es nicht Intressiert das ich wegen den kein Geld mehr habe.
