My complaint is about a withdrawal request that I made not at a casino but related to football, specifically from 9/23. The responses I've been receiving from customer service are the standard "delay due to technical issues, we ask for your understanding," etc. How can you expect understanding if there is no consistency? I would like to point out that the terms state that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, and it's already been 9! Thank you in advance.

Το παράπονο μου σχετίζεται με ένα αίτημα ανάληψης που έχω κάνει όχι σε καζίνο αλλά σε ποδόσφαιρο και συγκεκριμένα από της 23/9, ότι απαντήσεις του τμήματος εξυπηρέτησης είναι οι τυποποιημένες καθυστέρηση λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων ζητάμε κατανόηση κτλπ,πως να υπάρχει κατανόηση αν δεν υπάρχει συνέπεια όμως;; Να τονίσω ότι στους όρους αναγράφεται ότι οι αναλήψεις επεξεργάζονται μέχρι και 3 εργάσιμες και έχουν περάσει ήδη 9!!
