We are talking about the same casino, therefore, sharing the same license with the regulators.

I also add that this BetItAll casino, when you try to make any kind of sports bet on their site, the link that opens is from Pledoo, so claiming that my self-exclusion was not known to the casino is not true at all.

Estamos a falar do mesmo casino portanto, partilhando a mesma licença junto dos reguladores.

E acrescento ainda, que este casino betitall, quando se vai fazer algum tipo de aposta desportiva dentro do seu site, o link que abre é do pledoo, portanto alegarem que a minha auto-exclusao nao era do conhecimento do casino, nao corresponde de todo á verdade.

I understand, but the casino guru is guided by fairness and not by good or bad regulations.

It would even be good for the casino to show its good practices and opinions on responsible gambling in this casino.

Seria até bom para o casino mostrar as suas boas praticas e opinioes sobre o jogo responsavel neste casino.

Os regulamentos até podem dizer o contrario, mas o carater do operador pode ate ser favoravel ao meu caso.

Firstly, casinos operating under a Curacao license and belonging to the same owner do not share lists of self-excluded players and do not offer the ability to close accounts across all casinos owned by the same group. Therefore, if you are self-excluded from one casino within the group, it does not automatically apply to all sister casinos.

If you did not inform BetItAll Casino directly about your gambling issues and did not request self-exclusion from them, we won’t be able to assist you with a refund of your lost deposits.

But according to the rules of curation and the LOK, it never says casino, it says operator, in fact the license is given to the operator in this case momus2006.

Mas, segundo as normas de curacao e a LOK, nunca fala em casino, fala em operador, alias a licença é passada ao operador neste caso o momus2006.

The same thing happened in another complaint, in exactly the same way, and the casino recognized the fault and refunded it.

This is in contrast to the situation you experienced with Betify, where the casino recognized the fault and refunded the deposit.
