AFTER TWO MONTHS OF TRYING TO IDENTIFY AN ACCOUNT, ON MARCH 19, 2025, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS A DUPLICATE, SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT VALID AND THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH 760 EUROS IN IT.
I ALSO SENT AN EMAIL TO THE COMPETENT DEPARTMENT WHO TOLD ME TO HELP ME BUT THEY DIDN'T ANSWER ME ANYMORE.
FOR TWO MONTHS THEY ASKED ME FOR TOO MANY DOCUMENTS TO COMPLETE MY IDENTIFICATION, I SENT EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT BUT THEY CONTINUED TO TRY TO CAUSE DELAYS UNTIL THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND THEY NO LONGER ANSWER MY EMAILS.
PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY.
