저는 지원팀과 5-10번의 채팅을 했고 팀은 제가 우승하기 전에 2개의 보너스가 활성화되어 있다는 것을 알고 있었습니다. 그러나 이것이 문제가 될 것이라는 조언을 받은 적이 없습니다. 지급이 순조롭게 진행되는지 채팅으로 물어보기도 했고, 지원팀에서도 이를 확인했습니다.

전체 잔액의 절반만 취소할 수는 없습니다.
이것은 사기에 가깝고 고도로 반고객적인 행동입니다.

I already had contact with the support during the deposit of the two payments. I was never informed there that a 2nd bonus is not allowed, otherwise I would have canceled it straight away.
Only now at the end of the month before the payment was made was 2000 USD deducted from me with the message that I had violated the terms and conditions. Any casino that doesn't accept multiple bonuses won't even allow you to have 2 active at the same time.
I've had between 5-10 chats with support and the team was aware before I won that 2 bonuses were active. However, I was never advised that this would be a problem. I even asked in the chat if the payout would go smoothly, which was also confirmed to me by the support.
I deposited 300 via the 1st bonus and directly 150 via the 2nd bonus.
If I could have deposited 450 at once, I would have received a higher bonus balance.
I only started playing when I received the 2nd deposit with the 2nd bonus. Why wasn't I pointed out directly and the 2nd bonus was cancelled?
You can't just cancel half of the entire balance.
This borders on fraud and is highly anti-customer behavior.

Ich habe bereits während der Einzahlung der beiden Zahlungen mit dem Support kontakt gehabt. Mir wurde dort nie mitgeteilt, dass ein 2. Bonus nicht erlaubt ist, sonst hätte ich ihn direkt wieder storniert.
Erst jetzt Ende Monat vor der Auszahlung wurde mir 2000 USD abgezogen mit der Mitteilung, dass ich gegen die AGB's verstossen habe. Jedes Casino das mehrere Bonis nicht akzeptiert erlaubt gar nicht erst 2 gleichzeitig aktiv zu haben.
Ich hatte bestimmt zwischen 5-10 Chats mit dem Support und dem Team war schon vor meinem Gewinn bewusst, dass 2 Bonis aktiv sind. Trotzdem hat man mich nie darauf hingewiesen, dass dies ein Problem wäre. Ich habe sogar im Chat gefragt, ob die Auszahlung problemlos verlaufen wird, was mir durch den Support ebenfalls bestätigt wurde.
Ich habe 300 eingezahlt über den 1. Bonus und direkt 150 über den 2. Bonus.
Hätte ich 450 auf einmal einzahlen können, hätte ich ja noch ein höheres Bonusguthaben erhalten.
Ich habe erst angefangen zu spielen, als ich die 2. Einzahlung mit dem 2. Bonus erhalten habe. Warum hat man mich nicht direkt darauf hingewiesen und den 2. Bonus storniert?
Man kann doch nicht einfach die Hälfte des kompletten Guthabens stornieren.
Das grenzt schon an Betrug und ist höchst kundenfeindliches Verhalten.
