어제 출금 프로세스가 진행 중이었는데, 오늘 갑자기 취소되었고, 여전히 계좌 정보를 확인해야 한다고 들었습니다. 이제 날짜, IBAN, 계좌 소유자, 은행, 그리고 사이트가 제 이체와 아무 상관이 없기 때문에 은행 거래 내역서를 잘라서 보냈습니다. 그런 다음 은행 카드 앞면(맨 위에 은행 이름만 있는)과 뒷면(이름, IBAN, BIC, 카드 번호,... 승인 번호와 CWC 코드를 제외한 모든 것)을 보냈습니다. 오늘 아침이었고, 채팅에서 물었더니 다른 사람이 돈을 받지 못하도록 하기 위해 필요하다고 했습니다(지불한 계좌로 돌아갑니다). 지금은 계좌 확인에 갑자기 24시간이 걸리기 때문에 24시간을 더 기다려야 합니다(전화, 이메일, 운전면허증은 즉시 발급됨). 그런 다음 출금이 처리될 때까지 24시간을 더 기다려야 합니다. 그 사이에 아마 다시 취소될 것이고, 승인 후 5일이 더 걸릴 것입니다.
그래서 계좌 확인이 아직 승인되지 않았습니다. 오늘 점심시간에 상담원과 마지막으로 통화했는데, 24시간을 기다려야 한다고 했습니다... 24시간을 기다리겠습니다. 은행 거래 내역서와 관련 데이터가 있는 카드를 이미 보냈는데 왜 계좌 확인에 이렇게 오래 걸리는지 전혀 모르겠습니다!? 제 생각에는 더 많은 정보가 데이터 보호이고, 그게 너무 좋은 일인가요, 아니면 제가 틀렸나요? 😅 노력해주셔서 미리 감사드립니다.

yesterday the withdrawal process was running, which was then suddenly cancelled today, and I was told that I still had to verify my account details. I have now sent a cropped bank statement where you can read the date, IBAN, account holder, bank, and the word bank statement, as the site has nothing to do with my transfers. I then sent the front of my bank card (where nothing but the bank name is at the top) and the back (name, IBAN, BIC, card number,... everything except the authorization number and the CWC code). That was this morning, and when I asked in the chat I was told that this was necessary so that no one else gets the money (it goes back to the same account from which the payment was made). Now I have to wait another 24 hours because the account verification suddenly takes 24 hours (phone, email, and driver's license were instant) and then I have to wait another 24 hours for the withdrawal to be processed, because it will probably be cancelled again in the meantime, and then it will take another 5 working days from approval.
So the account verification has not been approved yet. I last chatted with an agent today at lunchtime, who said I have to wait 24 hours... I'll wait the 24 hours, I have no idea why it takes so long to verify the account when I've already sent the bank statement AND the card with the relevant data!? In my opinion, more information is data protection and is that almost too much of a good thing, or am I wrong? 😅 Thank you in advance for your efforts.

gestern lief das mit Auszahlungsprozess, welcher heute dann plötzlich storniert wurde, und mir mitgeteilt wurde ich müsste noch meine Kontodaten verifizieren. Ich habe nun einen zurecht geschnittenen Kontoauszug geschickt, wo man Datum, Iban, Kontobesitzer, die Bank und das Wort Kontoauszug lesen kann, da die Seite meine Überweisungen nichts angeht. Ich hab dann die Vorderseite meiner Bankcard (wo wirklich nichts als der Bankname oben steht) und die Rückseite (Name, Iban, BIC, Kartennummer,…also alles bis auf die Verfügernummer und den CWC Code) gesendet. Das war heute Vormittag, auf Nachfrage im Chat erklärte man mir, das sei notwendig damit das Geld niemand anders bekommt (es geht aufs gleiche Konto retour von dem bezahlt wurde). Jetzt soll ich wieder 24h warten, weil die Verifizierung vom Konto dauert plötzlich 24h, Telefon, E-Mail und Führerschein ging instant) und dann darf ich nochmal 24h auf die Auszahlungsbearbeitung warten, weil die in der Zwischenzeit sicher nochmal storniert wird, und dann dauert es nochmal 5 Werktage ca ab Freigabe.
Also die Kontoverifizierung wurde noch nicht freigeben. Zuletzt habe ich heute Mittags mit einem Agent gechattet, der meinte ich muss 24h warten…ich werde die 24h mal abwarten, keine Ahnung was da so lange an der Verifizierung des Kontos braucht, wenn ich Kontoauszug UND Karte mit den relevanten Daten schon schicke!? Mehr Infos sind meiner Meinung nach Datenschutz und ist das schon fast zu viel des Guten, oder sehe ich das Falsch? 😅 Vielen Dank vorab, für eure Bemühungen.
