Just recently, a group of Greek players have been dealing with delays because the Greek banks were not accepting the payouts from casinos. I have no idea whether this is related.

If the casino has an issue with email and you already sent a screenshot, it should be resolved, I guess. The rest, however, sounds like it is not the whole case. there may still be a problem with the Greek gambling restriction, which from time to time paralyzes the payment processing. So, in my opinion, it is very soon to stress yourself with the worst scenario. It makes no sense for the casino to ruin its reputation because of €500.

I made a deposit of around 381euros on Nine casino 4 days ago and i staked on live sport events and managed to win over 1000euros i lost some and remained with 950 euros and made a withdrawal and after 1 day it was cancelled and was requested to submit documents for verification in order to successfully withdraw my funds. I submitted the required documents to verify my identity and address and my account was successfully verified. So yesterday i tried to withdraw 50 euros and after 24hrs i saw that my withdrawal wasn't confirmed yet i decided to cancel the withdrawal and made a 950 euro and after 1hr i received a mail that my account was decided to be closed because according to their T&C players from my country Kenya are not allowed to deposit and play real money games. For your information i read the T&C before signing up and my country Kenya is not on the list of restricted countries so they edited all these just to not pay my winnings. Am just amazed and confused right now because is this even legal? Now they want me to send my crypto wallet adress through mail in order for them to send me a refund which am not even sure if they will because i haven't received any feedback from them. They are scams and wont pay you when you win and will drag the verification process and come up with rules that aren't in their T&C so as not to pay. For peace of mind just don't register at this casino.
